Victoria Cross - Denied!
A replica of the Victoria Cross denied L/Sgt Haane Manahi is displayed rebated into the butt of the rifle he holds. The tekoteko stands at the poutokomanawa in the wharetupuna Tamatekapua, Ohinemutu, Rotorua. Image captured 18 March, 2007.
