February 1942 was spent re-equipping and training, the Battalion regaining its vitality. Read the war diary for February 1942 here
Takrouna Cemetery, 1943
The cemetery at Takrouna, photographed on 15 May 1943, just weeks after the battle. Many of those buried here were from the Māori Battalion.
