Charles Bennet after the war

Charles Bennet after the war while working for the United Maori Mission Hostels.

During the war he operated Te Rau Aroha - the mobile canteen, along with Norm Perry.  He was christened 'Charlie Y.M' to differentiate him from Charles Bennett (who was a Commanding Officer of the Battalion).
