"2 days for rest and clean up after the Munassib scrap El Elamein.  This place is known as "Swordfish Area."  Troops resting area from front line, 30 miles away" (Written on back of photograph).

I think this may have been around dads 21st birthday,hence the cake?a present from an auntie?
