Paddy Tamati photograhed with the 8th Reinforcements.
Paddy Tamati is not on the Battalion roll and it is possible that Paddy did not serve overseas. Before a soldier departed final medical examinations were conducted and some did not pass. Family requests also prevented men from serving, this included wives declaring a soldier having two or more dependents or parents stating that they were reliant on the soldier as the only son to manage their farm.
