Probably Te Arawa B company 39ers who Captain Hayward decided to capture on film (thankfully). More than likely shot at Maadi Camp itself. My instincts tell me they are furlough papers, hence the interest and potential excitement they may bring wiith thoughts of home.
No date or description from Capt. Hayward as this similar to other shots were found undeveloped in original celluloid negative form.
