Kia Ora, Yes Sydney Bird is Koro Henry's younger brother who is buried in Egypt.  Uncle Naru is Koro's son :-)

Yes am another niece of Henry, we called him Uncle Kami, Ngaru is in Murupara.

Did you know Uncle or Ngaru, he also had 3 brothers who died o/seas, being George, Peraniko also Jimmy. Some of our whanau that is the Nuku and Bird are planning a pilgrimage in Dec 2013 or 2014 to visit their graves in El Alamein & Fienza Italy. Are you also returned service man or looking for contact with Ngaru or my cousins. I would be interested to share news or korero.

Kia ora Te Aroha I was married to Bruce Te Moni son Charlie I move to Melbourne 1991 my mother was related to Koro Henry her name was Bella Ngapera Nepia she was raised at Reparoa her sister was the late Pinda Tahau I lived in Murupara I know your name the Nuku just trying to place isn't this web site neat I wish I knew all this when I was living in NZ and Yes I knew Ngaru very well I'D been away from Murupara so long and on a visit there I think Polly tangi he still remembered me after all those year living there could hardly get a word out of him. You are all so lucky to be able to visit our love one's I have plan's to go over to God Bless us all ake ake ake Amen
