On the Threshold of Leadership

In The Evening Post 11 September 1941, Second Lieutenant C J Balzer is listed as a graduate after completion of instruction for a commission. The passing out ceremony was held on the 10th of September 1941 at the Army School of Instruction, Trentham Camp. The graduates being reviewed by Colonel G. Goss, N.Z.S.C, Army Headquarters.
