He is buried in the Birr Crossroads Cemetery, Ypres (Ieper), West Flanders (West-Vlaanderen) Province, Belgium. Plot: I. J. 41. My dad's brother was also in 28 Battalion. Poukowhai Tamaki

Kia ora koutou, my grandmothers half brother was in the Pioneer Battalion. He was killed in action in Belgium. His name was Manukura Hapuku, #19351. My dad's brother was also in 28 Battalion - Poukowhai Tamaki. I think my great, great grandfather served also, not too sure his name was Wi Rihia
