Niece of Petera Matahaere (private) His father lived at Whakatane, uncle Petera lived on Motiti Island with his eldest brother (my father) there is a mispelling in Matahaere it is MATEHAERE I am also the niece of Witeri Matehaere which is also misspelt Wi Teri Witeri and Petera are the 2 younger brothers of my father (Matehaere Petera Matehaere) I was born on Motiti Island 1955 Ruth Matehaere
