Joined RNZF 14 February 1942, Transferred to Army, Papakura Camp 26 May 1944; Transferred to 2/NZZEF (Maori Battalion) 28 June 1944 Embarked from NZ 28 September 1944.
Disembarked at Egypt on 5 November 1944. Returned to NZ 23 January 1946.
