Christmas 1942 at Nofilia, Libya

Christmas Dinner, 1942, at the 28th Māori Battalion's Headquarters in Nofilia, Libya. This group includes H.D. Irwin, P. Manawatu, C.H. Wickliffe, and stretcher-bearers. The Battalion's commanding officer, Lieutenant-Colonel C.M. Bennett, is on the right. This photograph was taken by the Battalion's long-serving medical officer, Captain Campbell D'Arcy.
